Welcome to classic charters. Here you will find a unique range of carefully selected classic motor and sailing yachts, available for charter in the Western & Eastern Mediterranean , Caribbean, SE Asia , Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, South Coast of England & the Baltic.

Once exclusively the domain of Kings and Queens , our aim is to offer this enjoyment to a broader community of classic yacht lovers, who appreciate the classic and elegant lifestyle of the bygone times . All of our yachts can be recognized by their beautiful classic lines, state of the art comfort and an experienced crew.

Most of our yachts are available by the day, for a romantic weekend, or a one or two week cruise holiday, and for corporate entertainment. In our classic sailing yacht fleet you will find a variety of classic yachts available for Regatta racing in the Western Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Solent, UK. Many of our private and corporate clients have enjoyed the thrill and experience of racing these beautiful classics and use the regattas for team building within their companies.

We now have a fleet of 120 yachts available to you for charter. And whilst we do not predict a significant growth of our fleet, simply because there aren’t that many authentic, beautiful elegant and luxurious yachts available, we are always seeking to bring you the best worldwide choice of classic yachts.

Classic-Charters.com has been set up to specifically promote classic yachts available for charter, and to provide the lovers and those who appreciate classic yachts with the opportunity to experience yacht chartering at it’s best. The owners Nick Hardy & Tiemen Bosma have over 45 years of experience owning and chartering classic yachts. They came together through their enthusiasm for the classic lines and the preservation of famous classic yachts. Today, with offices in Wadhurst, East Sussex, UK and Amsterdam they are using their experience once more to build one of the world’s premier collection of classic sailing and motor yachts.

In the early 90’s Nick Hardy operated a beautiful ‘Dunkirk Little ship’ called ‘Llanthony’ a 85′ Camper & Nicholson 1930 classic motor yacht, along the Turkish Aegean coast. Since that time he has used his experience to help others promote their own charter yachts. In 1993 he set up the Independent Holiday Shop in Winchester, offering bespoke and tailor-made holidays throughout the world, whilst continuing to represent classic yachts owners. In 2002 he was presented with the prestigious ‘Best independent travel agency’ award in the UK by Travel Weekly Magazine. In 2005 he sold his travel agency to concentrate more on helping classic yacht owners promote their beautiful boats.
Tiemen Bosma made his career in international advertising & marketing and always combined this with owning and renovating famous classic yachts. Today, Tiemen owns Atalanta, his second classic Feadship, which underwent a refit of 3 years. He spent part of his life in Greece and the South of France which gave him the opportunity to broaden his yachting experience. Today Tiemen combines both his professional skills and his hobby for classic yachts to promote our company with a unique collection of 80 beautiful yachts.
