When you want more than just someone to write a contract – call the brokers at Anything on the Water. When you want a broker who will search beyond the listings on the MLS, who will negotiate the very best price and then try for an even better price or better terms, who will stay with you through the inspections, the surveys, the closing and then, most importantly, who will be there after the sale – call the brokers at Anything on the Water.
We are based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the “Yachting Capital of the World” with a satellite office in Trinidad, but we will use our vast network of contacts to search the world to find the boat or yacht that meets your needs or to find a buyer when you are ready to sell.
We also represent manufacturers of new yachts including Bertram Yachts from Florida, Maiora Yachts from Italy and Maritimo Yachts from Australia. We can help with all your yachting needs and look forward to hearing from you.
Combining experience as both captains and brokers, Rebecca and Baba bring an added level of expertise and can help you find the best boat or yacht for your yachting pleasure.
Rebecca Riley, has a Masters in Business, a USCG 100 ton captain’s license and has earned the elite designation of Certified Professional Yacht Broker, and brings the highest level of professionalism and knowledge in the yachting industry to our company. She has more than twenty years experience in the yachting industry and will use her worldwide contacts to find you the perfect yacht.
Captain Francis “Baba” SaGomes is based in Trinidad. Baba has been working in the yachting industry since he was a child working with his father, the Bertram Dealer in Trinidad. Baba knows the sea and he knows boats. He had made more than 47 deliveries of boats and yachts from Florida to Trinidad. His numerous contacts throughout the islands are invaluable when searching for yachts that may not officially be on the market.
If you’re not sure what type of yacht might work for you or what size is big enough, but not too big, perhaps the best solution is to charter a couple of different options before making your final decision. This is the best way to spend time on board actually using the yacht and living in the space and determining if this is the right yacht for you.
Our sister company, Paradise Yacht Charters, can help you find yachts for charter and then work with you to apply part of your charter fee to your purchase.
